Hosting

Getting us to create a fantastic website for you is only half the battle. Its of very little use unless it is available on the internet for the world to see.

For a nominal monthly fee, we provide hosting to all our customers. Unlike hosting from anyone else, we provide ProActive Backup as part of this hosting for no extra charge. So you can be rest assured that come rain or shine, your business will be online.

Support and Maintenance

You have got a lovely website. And its hosted. But then you realise that you need to make a small change. It could be for something that you forgot about when we were developing your website. Or it could be a mandatory legal change.

For supporting your website and making any changes to it, you will usually need to hire a full-time technical person. Hiring the right person is a battle in itself. And they don't come cheap. Also, unless you have enough work for them, its one expense that your business can do without.

With us on your side, you have access to all the technical expertise needed to keep your online empire up-to-date and ticking away without the overhead. We only charge you for the services you need.

That said, we also provide Support and Maintenance on a Contractual basis where we have Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Penalties in place. And for those customers that decide to take our Support and Maintenance contract, we provide hosting free of charge.
